Marketing Internship

This 12-week experience will give you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and create physical evidence of your and xDesign’s creativity. Working with the entire marketing team and across the business, you’ll support the execution of campaigns through content creation and multimedia activities, in line with our marketing strategy.

The recruitment process

1: Application

First, you’ll fill out the application form on our website, which will consist of a marketing-specific question. We will review applications as they come in.

2: Initial interview

Next, you’ll have an initial first-stage interview with the emerging talent team to discuss your skills, experience and interests. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the programme.

3: Discovery day

Finally, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Day, where you’ll take part in a practical group exercise, a capability-focused interview, and a values-focused interview. Hosted at our Edinburgh or Leeds office, this will be your opportunity to experience the xDesign way of life and understand if the role, and environment, would be a good fit for you.
