&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a hands-on Data Engineering Lead to shape how data is delivered and used. This role is primarily focused on delivering client-facing projects, and also line managing engineers within our Data Capability.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing Data Practice. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering data solutions for some of the UK’s best-known brands. You’ll have a hand in everything from data ingestion and transformation to pipeline automation and data platform optimisation – always with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and value.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a Tech Lead at CreateFuture, you&#39;ll collaborate closely with clients, understanding their challenges and managing expectations, all while driving tangible business value and impact. &lt;li&gt;Experience managing a team of 6+ direct reports, while effectively handling personal project workload.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Commercial experience with one or more technical stacks: Java, .NET, Typescript (Backend/Frontend), Automation, or Mobile (native and/or cross-platform), and modern cloud infrastructure.&lt;/li&gt;
