&lt;p&gt;As the Programme Lead you are a key member of the Delivery team.&amp;nbsp; You are responsible for leading and delivering complex technical programs of work as part of the Transformation team. &lt;li&gt;Delivering complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks that will impact the success of key business priorities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and budgets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring the use of best practices in software development, architecture and engineering processes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Primary key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication takes place throughout the project lifecycle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with designers, developers, strategists and other team members to foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide advice and guidance on programme delivery (mentoring other TPMs and supporting Engineering/Product teams)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create and track a plan to deliver the programme goals, including the technical implementation plan, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders from across CreateFuture are kept up-to-date&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement trade-offs in software delivery using experience and influencing skills to drive consensus with the Engineering and Product teams to obtain the best value and solution&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a Tech Lead at CreateFuture, you&#39;ll collaborate closely with clients, understanding their challenges and managing expectations, all while driving tangible business value and impact. In this role, you won’t just be working behind the scenes—you&#39;ll serve as the key project leader, representing CreateFuture in all client interactions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;You are familiar with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and ideally experienced in contributing to sales and shaping how engagements are delivered in a consultancy setting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience as a technical and team leader, balancing hands-on technical skills with leadership in delivery, project, and stakeholder management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong ability to build client relationships, understand their challenges, and provide effective solutions across technical and project management aspects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience managing a team of 6+ direct reports, while effectively handling personal project workload.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Commercial experience with one or more technical stacks: Java, .NET, Typescript (Backend/Frontend), Automation, or Mobile (native and/or cross-platform), and modern cloud infrastructure.&lt;/li&gt;
