
About the role
As a Delivery Operations Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in helping CreateFuture deliver outstanding projects and programmes for our clients. You’ll support our delivery teams by ensuring consistent project governance, accurate reporting, and reliable data — acting as a key link between delivery teams and senior stakeholders within CreateFuture.
This is a very hands on and varied role which will demand both a focus on three key areas:
- Understanding and presenting project and operational key metrics (eg financial information, project progress etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and manage different stakeholders and teams effectively.
- Setting our teams up for success, there will be work to do to make sure we mobilise our project teams efficiently and effectively as well as closing down projects and ensure we learn lessons from our performance.
We don’t just want you to report on data, we want you to be able to challenge the data, validate it, communicate and see the bigger picture and have a significant part in helping our teams understand how they can improve delivery for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Project health reporting through understanding and presenting project key metrics: By reviewing weekly project updates and spotting errors or inconsistencies you’ll be able to understand and report on key project metrics. This will allow you to feedback issues to teams and stakeholders and support in their resolution.
- Project Audits & compliance tracking: Carrying out regular checks to ensure governance standards are met and documentation is complete and up to date.
- Project Support: Actively participate in the project mobilisation and close down process, highlighting opportunities for efficiency and better collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Support a culture of continuous improvement by helping to coordinate and share project-based lessons and best practice.
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
- Experience working in a project support or PMO role
- A solid understanding of project financials, resourcing, risk and delivery health
- An understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery
- An analytical mindset, with some experience in reporting or data analysis (dashboards, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence juggling multiple projects and competing priorities
And just as importantly, you are:
- Meticulous – you naturally spot small errors others miss
- Comfortable challenging constructively – you’re happy to question where something seems out of place
- Team Orientated - you enjoy working as part of a team
- Objective – you report what is, not what people wish were true
- Tenacious – you follow up until gaps are closed and data is right
